Catalyst Intelligence offers a standard hydroprocessing unit modelling / evaluation package at an attractive introductory price. As part of this
standard package, we will conduct the following tasks:
- Utilize our proprietary hydroprocessing performance model
- Review input data provided by Client (data-input worksheet by Catalyst Intelligence)
- Review loading diagram of the hydroprocessing unit
- Review start-up report for the unit
- Have a telcon of 1 hour with Client to check understanding of input data
- Tune the model to the hydroprocessing unit based on input data provided by Client
- Predict performance of the unit in response to changes in feedstock or operating conditions (1 scenario)
- Issue a report with findings
- Assist with implementation of recommendations (phone or video call)
In case you would like to evaluate multiple scenarios, we recommend to start with the standard package (1 scenario included) and decide on follow-up
work after completion of the first analysis. Once the model is tuned to your hydroprocessing unit, we will keep a copy for future use and additional
analyses. In case you would like multiple scenarios to be included in the first round of analyses, we need to discuss the scope of the investigation
before we can offer a tailor-made quote.
